The Rouge Tomate restaurant in Brussels boasts the exceptional setting of a townhouse dating from 1883 located on the prestigious Avenue Louise. The library features handcrafted woodwork and offers a glimpse onto the bustling avenue. Along the bar, a contemporary interior stretches gently towards one of the most beautiful gardens in Brussels. A vast wooded terrace extends under the shade of century-old beech trees. A few palm trees add the finishing touch to this oasis of calm in the heart of Brussels.

Developed by chefs and dieticians, the SPE® charter is an innovative approach to nutrition applied to restaurants, validated by an independent scientific committee. Rouge Tomate offers a contemporary cuisine with seasonal and local accents that blend pleasure with nutritional balance.
The wine list was created by Pascaline Lepeltier, joint runner-up best sommelier of France in 2008. Featuring wines that are the product of an organic or biodynamic viticulture respectful of the region, she brings to the fore both major classics as well as little gems produced by the new wave of young, talented winemakers.
